You will need to do the
following if you wish to
1. Set up a
separate forum for the board hop in your group. When you sign up to have
your board participate in the board hop, make sure the link you give us
is to this forum since this is where the board hoppers will need to go
first in order to say "Hi". Have a featured thread or sticky
with a welcome message and the master board hop list. Get into
the holiday spirit by decorating the forum and having fun things for
the board hoppers to enjoy such as games, music videos, stories, holiday
recipes, decorating ideas, etc.
have open areas for board hoppers to visit, in addition to the board hop
forum. If you have no open forums, how will potential members
get a sense of what the group is about? If there are certain
forums within your group that you don't want the board hoppers to
access, by all means close or hide them.
3. Groups with adult content (nudity, erotic content, etc) must mention that in their
application so we can indicate it in the board hop list. This
way, hoppers will know what to expect before going to that group if they
choose to do so.
4. Hoppers: Please be aware that you are a
guest in the groups you visit and are expected to follow the rules
there. Group owners have the right to ban anyone who
disrespects them, their members or their group.
